Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes, VAT receipts are supplied with all orders.
I have an EU VAT number, can I order without VAT?
Yes, if you have a valid EU VAT number you can check out without VAT
Where can I enter my discount code?
You will be asked for your code upon checkout.
What is the cut off time for same day despatch?
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3pm GMT/BST the same working day
Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
If the order has not already despatched, we will try our best to amend the order
Can I place an order over the phone?
Do you offer wholesale/reseller discounts?
This is available, subject to terms and conditions
Do you offer a price match service?
We'll aim to match our competitor's current UK store or website price.
What is a pre-order?
You can reserve an item which is out of stock by placing a pre-order
Will I be charged immediately for my pre-order?
Yes, we take payment immediately when you checkout
Some of my items are in stock, will you send me these before my pre order item?
Where possible we will ship in stock items in advance of pre order items, however this is not guaranteed.
Why do some items show a 2-3 day despatch time?
These are Special Order items.
I live outside of the EU, will I still be charged VAT?
No, orders outside of the EU will not be charged VAT
I live in the Channel Islands, which are VAT exempt, how can I order without VAT?
Please checkout as normal, selecting your country as Jersey or Guernsey as applicable.
How do I empty or amend my basket?
You can amend or empty your basket by clicking on the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
I have forgotten to enter my discount code, can you help?
Please try to remember to use your code at checkout, we are not able to apply this after your order is processed.
How do I cancel my order?
